Returns & Exchanges

We would be happy to accept returns of any unused luggage with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. (*for pre-order, 30 days of delivery date)

Please reach out to and our Customer Happiness team will assist you with the return process.

To initiate an exchange, please email and include your order number, item you wish to return, as well as the item/s you want to receive. One of our Customer Happiness Specialists will assist you with the exchange process.

*If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that returns will be at your own expense.
