Returns & Exchanges

We would be happy to accept returns of any unused luggage with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. (*for pre-order, 30 days of delivery date)

Please reach out to returns@loomistravel.com and our Customer Happiness team will assist you with the return process.

To initiate an exchange, please email returns@loomistravel.com and include your order number, item you wish to return, as well as the item/s you want to receive. One of our Customer Happiness Specialists will assist you with the exchange process.

*If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that returns will be at your own expense.
